Laurent Nogaret

Laurent Nogaret is a lawyer practising mainly in corporate law as well as in tax and finance law.

He assists and advise clients, such as private equity funds, on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and private equity transactions.

His practice also focuses on advising managers in private equity transactions, such as structuring and implementing management packages in primary or secondary LBO or management package restructuring.

His areas of work include the legal, tax and financial structure of these transactions.

Professional experience

Laurent Nogaret joined Ydes as a Partner in May 2017.

He previously spent 15 years in the Corporate and Tax departments of Jeantet and Bignon Lebray in Paris and Lyon.


Laurent Nogaret is a member of the Paris Bar since 2005.

He has a master degree (DEA) in Tax Law (University Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne) and a master degree (DESS) in Patrimonial Tax Law (University Aix-Marseille III).


Laurent Nogaret is a lecturer at the University of Montpellier (DJCE) where he annually provides a training on share capital transactions.
