Elise Laplanche has been involved, in both legal advice and litigation, since 2006, in all the labour issues of the company’s activity, in labour law, social security law and the supplementary social protection law.

Professional experience

After an initial experience in the labour law department of an international law firm (CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon), Elise Laplanche joined OJFI-Alister in 2010, which became Ydès in 2012.

Educational background

Lawyer at the Lyon Bar since 2006, Elise Laplanche graduated with a master degree in labour law (Lyon III University), a DESS (specialised master degree) in labour law (Clermond Ferrand I University) and a DEA (applied master degree) in labour law (Lyon II University).


Elise Laplanche has lectured in labour law at the IUT of Lyon III University
(University Institute of Technology) in the professional bachelor degree in human resources management.
