Ydes advises Sokaral and the Managers, in the acquisition of Aluthea Group

Seventeen years after taking over Alutec, a company around which he built Aluthea Group, Michel Barbier de la Serre decided to step down. He entrusted the keys of Aluthea Group with 300 people making some 30M€ of turnover in the aluminum foundry to Hugo Texier and Paul Marino, two managers present in the company for more than ten years.

A MBO operation supported by Capitem Partenaires alongside the new major duo leaders. A senior debt with "reasonable leverage" has been provided by Banque Palatine and Crédit Coopératif.
Sokaral and the Managers were advised by Ydès whose corporate team was led by Marcelo Mazzilli, partner and Florence Grangerat, associate. The tax structuring was carried out by the team of Edouard Rabatel, partner.
